This marks DEWA as the first utility to offer such an option, aiming to enhance its customer service capabilities. The move aligns with DEWA’s commitment to delivering services through digital channels, with HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer emphasizing the importance of making services easily accessible to customers.

DEWA’s advanced digital infrastructure has led to over 99% smart adoption of its services among customers. The Apple Vision Pro app offers a range of services, including account access, bill details, payments, consumption monitoring, and personalized efficiency tips. The app is accessible through various authentication methods and utilizes features like virtual touch and drag for a seamless user experience.

In 2023, DEWA recorded around 12.5 million digital transactions, showing a 25% increase from the previous year. These transactions were conducted through the DEWA website, smart app, and other digital channels provided by DEWA in collaboration with partners.
