– The portfolio consists of four projects in Carmona, Seville, using Canadian Solar’s TopBiHiKu7 N-type bifacial TOPCon technology modules.
– Once completed, the Rey portfolio is expected to produce around 916,000 MWh/y of clean energy, benefiting over 275,000 homes and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 184,000 tons.

Once completed, the Rey projects are expected to produce clean energy for over 275,000 homes and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 184,000 tons annually. This acquisition aligns with Recurrent Energy’s goal of expanding its assets in Spain and globally, with plans to start construction on over 1 GW of solar projects in Spain in 2024.
