1. Sunvoy launches white-labeled native apps in Google and Apple app stores for solar installers.
2. These apps provide a centralized platform for homeowners to track their solar project and energy data.
3. Sunvoy offers these native apps for free to their installers, with the option to customize and brand the app under the installer’s name.
Sunvoy has launched white-labeled native apps in the Google and Apple app stores, allowing solar installers to have their own branded app. This addresses the issue of homeowners having to use multiple manufacturer apps for various home energy products, leading to a poor customer experience. Sunvoy’s app provides project tracking, centralized energy data, service ticket submission, project documents, and integration with Tesla energy data.
Previously available as a web-enabled app, Sunvoy’s native app is now offered through the app stores. It does not display the name “Sunvoy” but instead features the branding of the solar installer. Examples of these apps developed for Ipsun Solar can be found on the Google and Apple stores.
Sunvoy is offering these native apps to all its installers at no extra charge, although starting in April 2024, there will be an increase in the onboarding fee due to high demand. This move aims to enhance the customer experience for homeowners and provide solar installers with a valuable tool to engage and serve their clients effectively.
