Sunnova partners with Home Depot to bring solar + storage services nationwide

The Home Depot has partnered with Sunnova Energy International to be the exclusive provider of solar and battery storage services in over 2,000 stores across the United States. This collaboration aims to make clean, affordable, and reliable energy services more accessible to consumers in response to rising utility rates and the increasing need for resilient power solutions at home.

Sunnova, a leader in solar and battery storage solutions, will offer its SunSafe services in The Home Depot stores, starting with 100 locations in hurricane-prone areas like Florida, Virginia, and Maryland in 2021. The partnership expanded to Puerto Rico in 2022, with services available in all stores on the island. In 2023, Sunnova will be available in about 400 stores nationwide across 15 markets in collaboration with The Home Depot.
