PPC Group and MYTILINEOS Energy & Metals have signed a Cooperation Framework Agreement (CFA) for the development and construction of up to 2000 MW of solar projects in Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Romania. The deal is worth an estimated €2 billion and is set to be implemented over the next three years. The agreement covers around 90 solar projects owned by MYTILINEOS in the four countries, with MYTILINEOS responsible for development and construction, to be acquired by PPC Group upon completion and grid connection.
