Suzlon secures 402MW wind turbine order from Juniper Green Energy

1. Suzlon Group has secured orders for wind energy projects totaling 402MW from Juniper Green Energy in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.
2. The projects will feature 134 wind turbine generators with a capacity of 3MW each and will supply electricity to 331,000 households, offsetting 1.3 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
3. Suzlon will manage the project’s foundation, erection, and commissioning processes, as well as provide comprehensive operations and maintenance services, expanding its footprint in Rajasthan.

Suzlon Group has secured orders for wind energy projects totaling 402MW from Juniper Green Energy in Fatehgarh, Rajasthan. This partnership represents repeat business for Suzlon’s turbines from Juniper Green Energy. Juniper Green Energy CEO Naresh Mansukhani expressed enthusiasm for the alliance with Suzlon, citing the company’s technology and capabilities in delivering sustainable, cost-effective renewable energy solutions in India. The two companies are focused on increasing the reach of renewable energy and promoting sustainability in the country. In addition to the Rajasthan project, Suzlon has also secured an order for a 225MW wind power project in Tamil Nadu, further demonstrating its commitment to driving the adoption of renewable energy in India. Suzlon will provide wind turbines, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for this project as well.
