CGG rebrands as Viridien

1. Shareholders approved changing the company name from CGG to Viridien at the Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2024.
2. CEO Sophie Zurquiyah stated that the new name, Viridien, positions the company for accelerated growth as an Advanced Technology, Digital, and Earth Data Company.
